Yes, we know it's hot out there in the middle of the summer. That's why we're inviting you to "Run With the Roosters," 5 mile run & walk, starting & finishing at Old Tucson Studios at 5:00 a.m. This beautiful closed to traffic course runs south on Kinney Rd., along Tucson Mountain Park, into the Ironwood Picnic Grounds, back south on Kinney Road and then making a turnaround back to Old Tucson. As always, Everyone Runs brings you the most value for your money with customized finisher tech shirts, free Mexican breakfast, lots of great prizes, overall and 5-year age group awards and a slip n' slide at the finish line! Run with the Rooster is always open to walkers, and we'll even have awards for the top overall 1st, 2nd & 3rd place recreational walkers.

Yup, September means the April course in reverse, still featuring those same spectacular mountain views! Your three trail course starts at the Catalina State Park trailhead and starts with the Birding Trail (counterclockwise), then off to the Canyon Loop (counterclockwise) and then to the Nature Trail (counterclockwise). This time you get to go down the "92 Stair Climb" and still up and down a bunch of stairs on the Birding Trail! Terrain consists of desert mountain trails and creeks, all with mostly moderate climbs and descents. Elevation ranges from 2799 to 3008 feet. 10.35 miler for runners only. Awards for runners in both distances for overall and 5-year age groups. Your entry includes free breakfast, free Robeks Smoothies, free post-race massage (tips accepted), free photos and finisher tech shirts! Overall 1st, 2nd & 3rd place recreational walkers in the 5.2 miler will receive awards, too! Course support until 9:30 a.m. Course map is posted at www.everyoneruns.net.

Come give this one a try! Now in our 8th year, this is one of Arizona's finest and most fun half marathons and 5k. Our picturesque mostly flat course (as mostly flat as Tucson can be!) starts and finishes at Sabino High School, traveling the neighborhood roads at the foot of the Catalina Mountains. Our course map is posted at everyoneruns.net and it features live music, at least eight water stations, cheery volunteers and great scenery. Family and friends can cheer you on as you finish on the football stadium track! Kids can take on the TMC for Children Fun Run designed just for them. Awards and finisher shirts for half and 5K participants (overall and five-year age groups), free Mexican breakfast, free Robeks Smoothies, free photos, free post-race massage and free on-site child care from Tucson Medical Center. Both events are open to runners and walkers,
and we'll even have awards for the top overall 1st, 2nd & 3rd place recreational walkers! Course support until 11:00 a.m. (3:45 time limit).
